IAST Challenge 187

*****************

News update: My white tile made Honor of the Week tile.
Thanks Adele, I am totally blown away, so honored and, yes, a little bit proud, too.
Please visit the Tickle to Tangle website and its page IAST 187 to see all the other beautiful tiles.

It is a String Thing (IAST) challenge #187 is all about St. Patrick's Day. Not being Irish I wanted to know what is all this fuss about this little green Leprechaun.

So here a bit of Irish history.

(and why you never find that pot of gold at the end of the rainbow)

The St. Patrick's Day leprechaun is an Irish fairy. Most fairies are delicate and pretty, but this one sure isn't! He looks like an old man, wrinkly and with pointed ears and stands at around two feet tall. He is dressed in green and works as a professional pot of gold collector (that is why you never find that pot of gold at the end of the rainbow - he beat you to it). If you ever find him, you can look eyes with him to make him spill the beans about where his precious treasure is, but beware, he has a few tricks up his sleeve to make you look away and then swishhhh... just like that he has vanished - and so has all your hope of finding the pot of gold. Bye, bye, baby.

Reverting back to the subject...IAST #187 with the patterns Lucky, Rixty, and Cayke. I made two tiles. The first is my second drawn tile but my first choice and the second is my first drawn tile but my second choice. So much for keeping it clear and simple.

This one is populated with many different patterns. Dominating are nzeppel, flux, and aquafleur, but there is also some Lucky in there, Rixty is easy to spot, and Cayke is banished to the three corners.
